Amazon
Bring Amazon orders into one fulfillment workflow
RitePlaz connects to your Amazon seller account, collects new orders and routes them to your fulfillment provider, so Amazon orders follow the same process as every other channel.
How it works with Amazon
- RitePlaz checks Amazon for new orders on a schedule, since instant notifications need extra setup on Amazon's side.
- Each order is turned into the standard RitePlaz format and sent to your fulfillment provider.
- When the order ships, RitePlaz confirms the shipment on Amazon with the carrier and tracking number, one package at a time when it ships in more than one.
- Buyer details on Amazon orders are erased 30 days after delivery, and no later than 60 days after the order, to follow Amazon's data protection rules.
How to connect
Sign in to Seller Central and approve RitePlaz.
Good to know
- Available on the Silver and Premium plans.
- Amazon connections are subject to Amazon's own approval of RitePlaz as an application, so availability can vary by account.
