Copyright Policy
Effective October 4, 2026
Ugoh Solutions LLC respects the rights of creators and expects merchants who use RitePlaz to do the same. This policy explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright and how a merchant can respond. It follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512). RitePlaz is a software tool that connects merchants to sales channels and print-on-demand providers; merchants, not RitePlaz, create and publish their listings.
1. Reporting infringement
Send a written notice through our legal requests page (choose "Copyright notice") or to our designated agent below. A notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner);
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a web address) for us to find it;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Be accurate. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure the material is infringing, consider speaking to a lawyer first.
2. What we do
When we receive a complete notice, we may remove or disable the material, pause the related listings or connections, and tell the merchant who posted it, including by sending a copy of the notice (which may include your contact details). Incomplete notices may be ignored or we may ask for more information. We may act on credible reports of infringement even without a formal notice.
3. Counter-notice
If you are a merchant and believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice through the same page or to the agent below, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where your address is (or, if outside the United States, any district where Ugoh Solutions LLC may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We will send the counter-notice to the person who made the original complaint. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking an order against you, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
4. Repeat infringers
We will end the accounts of merchants who we determine are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
5. Other intellectual property
For trademark, counterfeit or other intellectual-property concerns, use the same legal requests page and choose "Trademark or other intellectual property." Please identify the mark or right, the registration number if any, and where the goods or content appear. Print-on-demand providers and sales channels have their own reporting procedures; reporting to them as well may speed things up.
