Using RitePlaz
RitePlaz is a unified commerce gateway: connect your sales channels and fulfillment providers once, and let orders flow between them automatically. This guide walks through every part of the dashboard.
Overview
Every channel — sales or fulfillment — implements the same internal ChannelAdapter interface, which is what lets RitePlaz treat Shopify and Etsy orders the same way, and route them to Printify, Printful, Gelato, Gooten, or Prodigi interchangeably. A typical workflow looks like this:
- Create a store and connect at least one sales channel and one fulfillment provider.
- Orders placed on the sales channel arrive in RitePlaz via webhook and appear on the Orders page.
- RitePlaz routes each order to the assigned fulfillment provider automatically.
- Tracking and status updates sync back to the sales channel as the provider fulfills the order.
- Generate Sales or Billing reports at any time, and export or share them.
Creating a store
A store is the top-level container for one storefront's channels, products, and orders. Use the store switcher in the dashboard header to create additional stores or move between the ones you already have. The number of stores you can create depends on your subscription tier — see Subscription tiers below.
Subscription tiers
RitePlaz offers four tiers. You can switch tiers or billing interval at any time from the Billing page.
| Tier | Stores | Fulfillment providers | Sales channels |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free (trial) | 1 | Printify only | All |
| Starter | 3 | Printify only | All |
| Silver | 5 | Up to 3 providers | All |
| Premium | 10 | Unlimited | All |
New accounts start on a Free trial; unless cancelled, the account converts to Starter automatically once the trial ends.
Sales channels
Go to Integrations to connect a sales channel. RitePlaz currently supports:
- Shopify — connect via OAuth from your Shopify admin.
- Etsy — connect via Etsy's OAuth flow.
Once connected, incoming orders appear automatically on the Orders page — no manual import needed.
Fulfillment providers
Connect one or more fulfillment providers to handle production and shipping for orders:
- Printify
- Printful
- Gelato
- Gooten
- Prodigi
You can also mark a product for self-fulfillment if you pack and ship it yourself — RitePlaz will still track the order but won't push it to a third-party provider.
How webhooks work
Each connected channel and provider pushes updates to RitePlaz via webhook — new orders, fulfillment status changes, and tracking numbers all arrive this way rather than through polling, so updates typically show up within seconds. If a webhook fails to process, it is recorded on the Sync Logs page along with the error.
Product catalog
The Catalog page shows products synced from your connected fulfillment providers. Use it to review which products are live and available to sell before listing them on a sales channel.
Orders & fulfillment
The Orders page lists every order across your connected sales channels, with status, channel, and fulfillment provider at a glance. Click into an order to see its line items and fulfillment timeline. Orders routed to a self-fulfillment product are flagged for manual pack & ship.
Sync logs
Sync Logs is the audit trail for every webhook and background sync job — useful for diagnosing a missing order or a fulfillment update that didn't come through. Each entry includes the adapter involved and, on failure, the error message returned.
Reports
The Reports page (in the left sidebar) generates two kinds of reports, each filterable by date range, and — for Sales — order status and sales channel:
- Sales report — revenue over time, breakdowns by order status and channel, and the full order list for the period.
- Billing report (statement of account) — your current plan, monthly payments, and Stripe receipts.
Every report can be exported as a CSV or a PDF using the export buttons above the chart.
Billing & subscription
The Billing page shows your current tier, billing interval (monthly or yearly), and lets you switch tiers, switch interval, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription — all confirmed with a dialog before anything changes. Manage Billing opens Stripe's secure billing portal for invoice history and payment method management.
Profile & account
Manage your name, email, password, and notification preferences from your Profile page. You can deactivate your account at any time; deactivation can be reversed from the Reactivate page within the grace period shown at deactivation time.
