How it works with BigCommerce
- BigCommerce notifies RitePlaz when an order changes, so orders appear without waiting for a scheduled check.
- RitePlaz normalizes the order and sends it to your connected fulfillment provider.
- When the provider ships, RitePlaz creates the shipment on the BigCommerce order with the tracking number.
How to connect
Create a store-level API account in BigCommerce and paste its credentials into RitePlaz.

- Available on the Silver and Premium plans.
- The API account needs permission to read orders and products and to create shipments.
