How it works with Shopify
- A customer orders on your Shopify store. Shopify notifies RitePlaz immediately, so there is no waiting for a scheduled check.
- RitePlaz turns the order into one standard format and sends it to your connected fulfillment provider.
- When the provider ships, RitePlaz sends the carrier and tracking number to Shopify and the buyer is notified.
- You can publish products from your RitePlaz catalog to Shopify, so one catalog feeds every store you sell on.
How to connect
Enter your shop address, then approve RitePlaz on Shopify. There are no API keys to copy.
Good to know
- Included on every plan, including the free trial.
- Sending tracking back needs the fulfillment-order permissions on your Shopify connection. If Shopify refuses an update you see a message asking you to reconnect.
- RitePlaz handles Shopify's required privacy requests, so buyer details are erased when Shopify tells RitePlaz to.
