Automate Etsy orders and fulfillment
RitePlaz connects your Etsy shop to your print-on-demand providers. It publishes listings from one catalog, collects new orders, sends them to production and returns tracking to Etsy.
How it works with Etsy
- RitePlaz checks Etsy for new orders on a schedule, because Etsy does not offer instant order notifications.
- Each order is sent to the fulfillment provider you connected, with no copying between dashboards.
- When the order ships, RitePlaz records the tracking number on the Etsy receipt.
- New listings are created as drafts by default so you can review them. You can switch on automatic activation if you prefer.
How to connect
Sign in to Etsy and approve RitePlaz. Your shop also needs a shipping profile and a return policy in Etsy before listings can go live.
Good to know
- Available on the Silver and Premium plans.
- Etsy charges its own listing fee for each activated listing, billed by Etsy.
- Connections made before shipment updates were added must be reconnected once so Etsy grants the permission to record tracking.
