Walmart (WFS)

Ship every channel's orders from your Walmart WFS inventory

If your stock is already in Walmart Fulfillment Services warehouses, RitePlaz can send orders from your other sales channels to WFS through Walmart Multichannel Solutions, and bring each package's tracking back to the channel the buyer used.

How it works with Walmart Fulfillment Services

  1. Paste your Walmart API Client ID and Client Secret and your Multichannel Solutions Order Channel ID. RitePlaz checks them with read-only requests before saving.
  2. Import your WFS items from a CSV or Excel file (a Seller Center export works). RitePlaz fills in missing details, never creates the same SKU twice, and links each product to Walmart, so its orders go to WFS automatically.
  3. RitePlaz checks your WFS stock with Walmart every hour and before each order, and sets an item Walmart cannot ship to 0 on your sales channels so it stops selling.
  4. Walmart has no shipping webhook for this, so RitePlaz checks open orders every 30 minutes and sends each package's tracking to the sales channel as soon as that package ships.

How to connect

Paste your Walmart Client ID, Client Secret and Order Channel ID on the Integrations page.

Good to know

  • Available on the Silver and Premium plans.
  • Your Walmart seller account must be onboarded to Multichannel Solutions, and orders must ship to US addresses.
  • Walmart ships your own WFS inventory and does not print products. Walmart has no product import API for this, so items come in from a file; SKUs must match your WFS items.
  • Walmart needs a contact email for each order. RitePlaz gives its own address, not your customer's.
